Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our updated policies below for clarity on refunds, returns, and replacements.
- Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
- Items, excluding personalized, made-to-order, or personal hygiene products (e.g., masks, toothbrushes), are eligible for return or free replacement within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or incorrect items are delivered.
- Products purchased during offline sales, exhibitions, or clearance events are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Conditions for Return/Replacement:
- Items must be in their original condition with the brand’s outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.
- Successful return pick-ups require adherence to these conditions.
- Refund Process:
- Upon approval of a return, a full refund will be issued.
- We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before processing a refund/replacement.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@silpakarman.com or submit a return request through your account at https://account.silpakarman.com. You may also cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. Return shipping costs for withdrawal returns are at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method. Exceptions apply to personalized, made-to-order, or personal hygiene products, which are not eligible for withdrawal.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment is initiated.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (subject to eligibility conditions).
- International Orders:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.
- EU customers may cancel their order at any time before it is fulfilled.
