Bought 2 beer mugs and a juice glass from an exhbition, all 3 of them were leaking from first go. They didn't refund me or exchange the mugs saying that online refund rules doesn't apply for exhibition bought goods. Instead they had the audacity to give me a coupon for next purchase whose terms meant that I would have to spend more than the original price to redeem that coupon, shipping also separate.
